Reservation Terms and Conditions
1. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES AND SHUTTLE CANCELLATION POLICY
Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. Payment in full is due upon reservation. Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC does not accept cash or checks. We do not accept any payments at any physical location or on board any shuttle.
For security and safety purposes, payments are only accepted online or by telephone.
a) Canceling a reservation: If you cancel a reservation within 48 hours prior to travel date and time, a refund is available, minus a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours prior to travel date and time are 100% non-refundable under any conditions or circumstances. To be eligible for any refund, cancellations must be submitted at a minimum of 48 hours prior to travel date and time.
b) Cancellations due to weather conditions: Providing that the National Weather Service issue a tropical storm warning or watch or a hurricane warning or watch, any customer with a confirmed reservation may make a one-time, free-of-charge, change in their reservation. This policy will only be in effect due to weather conditions described herein.
c) Discounts: Discounted shuttle services using a promotion code or coupon are 100% non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-changeable.
PLEASE NOTE: Cancellations made within less than 48 hours prior to travel are not eligible for a refund. If you wish to reinstate a reservation, there is a $10.00 per person, per way, reinstatement fee.
d) Changes in Travel Plans; Confirmed reservations, made through our website or via telephone, will be changed at a fee of $10.00 per person, plus any applicable fare changes. All changes must be made 48 hours prior to travel date and time. Change in travel within 48 hours of the travel date and time cannot be made under any circumstances and are non-refundable. Any travel purchased using any promotion code or coupons is 100% non-refundable, non-changeable and non-cancellable.

e) Last minute booking and reservations: Any reservation made within 48 hours of travel date and time is considered “last minute” and is 100% non-refundable. It is the passenger’s sole responsibility to contact Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC by telephone before making any reservations to confirm availability. If a customer calls and there is no availability, but continues to make a reservation on the website knowing there is no availability, Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC will not be responsible for any refunds.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: Any reservation made within 48 hours of travel date and time is considered a “last minute” reservation and is non-refundable under any circumstances or conditions. Last minute reservations must be verified by telephone at (954) 251-1029.
f) Reservation Reinstatement Requests: Reinstatement requests are permitted with a $10.00 per person, per way, reinstatement fee, upon availability and are not guaranteed. Prior authorization of said charges must be received before reinstating and reporting the reinstatement to the transportation provider, dispatcher and any other appropriate party. If no prior authorization is received, then it will be assumed that there is no authorization and reinstatement will not take effect and the reservation will remain in cancelled status.
2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Before making a reservation, it is the customer’s responsibility to read the Terms and Conditions. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered on the reservation form. No refunds will be issued for any unused travel under and conditions. No refunds will be issued for duplicate reservations or because of customer data entry errors. All sales are final once the submit button is clicked. Customers have 30 days after the travel date to request or dispute a refund. Customers will not be eligible for refunds after the 30 days has expired.
a) Conditions considered to be a “no show”: If a customer’s flight is delayed or they are held up in customs and they cannot make it to the previously specified time on the reservation, it will be considered a no show. Any changes made within 24 hours of travel date are not guaranteed and subject to availability; if the changes cannot be made then no refund will issue. Itineraries are set according to the reservations that are made. Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC is not responsible or liable for delays stemming from any occurrence on the customers end. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to arrive on time. There will be no refund issued under any of these circumstances.
3. CAR SEAT AVAILABILITY AND BAGGAGE POLICY
No more than 1 car seat plus one booster seat will be provided upon request and availability; 2 bags per person are permitted with the weight limit of the first bag of 50lbs and the 2nd bag as a carry on.
4. PROMOTION CODES
Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC is pleased to offer our customers promotion codes. Promotion codes are not accepted for telephone reservations. Promotion codes must be entered accurately as specified on our website. Promotion codes that are incorrectly entered that do not automatically calculate the discounted fare are not eligible for refunds after the reservation has been made. Make sure you read the instructions carefully and completely.
5. SCHEDULE CHANGES
From time to time it may be necessary to alter departure times for various reasons such as weather conditions, road closures or other anticipated or unanticipated conditions prior to travel. Schedule changes are not considered to be cancellations or delays, however, a schedule change can be up to 4 hours prior or 4 hours later than originally scheduled. No refunds are available for schedule changes and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
6. CHARGEBACKS:
Please be advised that any attempt of a charge back because you did not qualify for a refund will be dealt with swiftly and to the fullest extent of the law. Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC can and will file charges of credit card fraud with the County Sheriff. Please note that the dollar amount felony threshold in Florida is very low. You can also be subject to civil penalties of up to 3 times the amount of booking or a minimum of $200.00, plus court cost and legal fees. Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC also may send your information to other transportation companies and our associates in the industry, thereby impeding your ability to acquire transportation in the future within the State of Florida. Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC, as well as the entire transportation industry, has zero tolerance for credit card fraud and work concertedly to combat it.
7. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES FOR PRIVATE SHUTTLES
Every effort will be made to pick up customers within the scheduled time requested, however, due to circumstances beyond our control such as traffic, weather conditions, or any other unforeseen occurrence. Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC cannot be held responsible any late departures and/or arrivals. No refunds will be issued for late trips within 120 minutes.
8. TRIP CANCELLATIONS
Should the occasion arise that Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC or one of its affiliates or operators cancel a trip, all efforts to re-accommodate passengers will be made on the next available departure or we will provide a 100% refund of the services not provided, which would equal the total paid for the reservation. Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC will not be liable nor responsible for any expenses incurred by the customers from other parties that are not Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC. If, for any reason, refund has not been processed and it had been more than 30 days past the occurrence, the customer is no longer entitled to a refund. A time frame of up to 30 days will be provided for refund requests if for any reason the refund request was not processed immediately after the incident.
9. PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC reserves the right to change prices without notice. However, once you are booked, you are guaranteed your fare will not increase and you are locked into that fare.
10. DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT
Customers will be fully responsible for any and all damage caused by their negligence or by any passenger traveling with or associated with their party.
11. RIGHT TO REFUSE TRANSPORTATION SERVICE
Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit, unsafe, or unsuitable for travel. Any passenger denied boarding is not entitled to, and will not receive a refund or compensation of any kind whatsoever. Any passenger who is belligerent or intimidating or who threatens or interferes with any person, whether it is an employee or other passenger will be denied boarding. Shouting, profanity and loud or disruptive discourse will not be tolerated and dealt with accordingly.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Neither Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC, nor the Service Provider, shall be liable for any reason, in any event, including breach of this agreement, either directly or indirectly, to any other party or any other third party for any special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, indirect, or consequential damages or loss of profits arising out of this agreement, even if such damages are alleged to arise from this agreement. It is expressly agreed that neither Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC nor the Service Provider shall, under any circumstances, be liable to any party for an amount greater than the single charter fee for the day in question.
13. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Florida A1 Shuttle LLC, it’s officers, directors, employees, shareholders, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, agents and assigns do not own or operate any equipment or Service Provider which provides, or will provide, goods or services for your trip, including but not limited to, transportation companies. For itself and on behalf of all passengers, the Chartering Party hereby expressly agrees that Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC shall not be responsible in any way or manner for the actions or inactions, willfully negligently, or otherwise of the Service Provider or its representatives, employees or agents. For itself and on behalf of all passengers, the Chartering Party hereby expressly agrees that Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC nor the Service Provider shall not be responsible or liable in any way or manner for any bodily harm or injury, accidents, property damage or personal loss as a result of the transportation services provided under the Service Contract. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Chartering Party and its passengers agree, in consideration for the services provided by Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC, to indemnify and hold Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC harmless from any and all claims and causes of action, injuries, damages, of any type or kind, whether or not caused in whole or in part by the negligence of Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC, its representatives, employees or agents or the Service Provider or its employees, agents or representatives. The Chartering Party, for itself and on behalf of the Passengers, hereby expressly agrees that if any portion of the Service Contract, including the terms of the Limitation of Liability paragraph or this paragraph, is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions of this Service Contract shall remain in full force and effect.
14. EQUIPMENT
Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC reserves the right to change or substitute equipment based on functionality and operational need. Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC never guarantees any particular equipment brand or type.
15. DRIVER GRATUITY
Customers who choose to pre-pay the driver gratuity agree to have the additional charge placed on the card in which they made their reservation. If a customer chooses to pay the driver gratuity directly to the driver in cash, but fails to do so, they will be charged 20% at the time of the trip.
16. FORCE MAJEURE
Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC and the Service Provider shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations under the Service Contract, and neither party shall be deemed in breach of its obligations thereunder, if such delay or failure is due to national, state or local emergencies, natural disasters, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, labor strike or lock-out, or any other industrial or transportation accident caused by any third party, any violation of law or regulation or ordinance by any third party or any other cause not within the control of Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC or the Service Provider, respectively.
17. PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items and activities are prohibited without the prior written consent of Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC. 1) alcoholic beverages (there may be a fee required if Florida A1 Shuttle, LLC and the Service Provider allow alcoholic beverages on the trip); 2) smoking; 3) glass containers; 4) decorations; 5) generators or non-medical oxygen containers; 6) golf shoes, cleats or any type of shoe or sneaker with spikes. Beer on tap is not allowed on any shuttle.
