How to process a refund:
If you are eligible for a refund in the time frame of refundable tickets, log in to your account, cancel your trip. A refund will be process to your credit card within the next 3-5 business days.

How to change my trip:
To change your trip you must be eligible to do so, 48 prior to departure. If you are eligible to change your trip you must log in cancel your trip, To change a date or time: you must cancel your ticket request a refund and book another trip.
